Flight Numbers
8
Speed
How fast the disc must be thrown to fly as intended. Scale of 1–14. A speed 8.0 disc is forgiving and works well at moderate arm speeds.
5
Glide
How long the disc stays in the air. Scale of 1–7. Higher glide means more distance potential, but less control in wind.
-0.5
Turn
High-speed tendency to veer right (for right-hand backhand). Scale of +1 to −5. Negative values mean the disc turns right at speed.
2
Fade
Low-speed finish to the left (for right-hand backhand). Scale of 0–5. Lower fade means a gentler, more predictable finish.

The MVP Volt is a reliable fairway driver that flies straight with a gentle, predictable finish, making it great for controlled drives and improving accuracy off the tee.

MVP Official Description

The Volt is a slightly overstable fairway driver. The Volt is geared for long, accurate placement shots; it can hold a long straight line with a solid, forward penetrating fade. Reach for the Volt when accuracy is needed on long, tight fairways.
The Volt’s defining flight characteristics include a subtle turn and a reliable fade.
For average throwers and tailwinds, the Volt will resist turn. High-power throws and headwinds will activate the small turnover phase of flight, gaining distance and lateral movement.

The most popular choice for everyday play. Microbubble-core plastic that reduces overall weight while concentrating more mass in the GYRO® rim. Flies like a full-weight disc at lighter weights. High-durability premium plastic in transparent candy colors, built to handle the toughest courses.
Weight
Show every weight. Use this to reset the weight filter. Lighter discs are easier to throw far with less arm speed. Great for younger players or windy conditions. Mid-range weights suit most players. A good balance of control and distance for average arm speeds. Heavier discs are more wind-resistant and hold their line better at high arm speeds. Preferred by experienced players.
